Nothing scheduled…. BUT if you’d like me to speak to your book group, club, class, or any other group in person or via Skype about history or radio or … who knows, just ask, contact me. I’d love to be a part of your event.

Dear Erika,
Although I am a crap mystery writer myself, I know the real deal when I read it. You have a lot of fans in Connecticut and I wonder if you’d be interested in talking or reading or being on a panel or giving a Master Class in mystery writing, for an hour or two next Oct. 8. I am hosting a mystery novel conference Mysterium! at Wesleyan University http://mysterium.conference.wesleyan.edu/
We can’t pay much but would cover travel and a nice hotel room (the university’s motto is: Effective idealism–so that should give you some idea) but we expect between 200-300 fans and writers, book-selling, lots of advance press and a nice cocktail party after.
Can I persuade you to join us? If not, just regard this as fan mail.
All the best,
Amy Bloom
